Bachelors Party Option 1: Melkstal (Parys Party Barn)
About
The “Melkstal” is a rustic converted Cow Milking Parlour which makes a perfect dorm style party venue for bachelors/bachelorettes with a tighter budget. This unit is fully equipped with bedding, cutlery and crockery. The open plan “braai” area, fire pit and kitchen will help keep the party going deep into the morning hours. This venue is able to accommodate approximately 24 people.
Location
This venue is situated on a farm located approximately 6 km from Parys in the Vredefort Dome World Heritage site.
Pricing
The rate for the Melkstal is R450.00 per person per night, which includes one night accommodation and any ONE of the following adventure activities:

The “Hoenderhok” is an old farm barn converted into an ideal venue for bachelor/bachelorette parties and school groups. In this unit you can enjoy a perfect view of the sunset while enjoying the company of family and friends in our open plan fire pit and kitchen area. This unit is fully equipped with bedding, cutlery and crockery. In this unit you will be able to enjoy the calm farm style setting of our Base Camp to your heart’s desire. This venue is able to accommodate approximately 20 people.

Bachelors Option 3: Farmhouse
The “Plaashuis” is your ultimate private party pad in the countryside — perfect for unforgettable weekends, bachelor groups, celebrations, and epic getaways with friends. Whether you’re bringing the gees from the city or just want to kick back and enjoy farm-style freedom near Parys, this spot sets the stage for a seriously good time.
With 6 separate bedrooms, there’s plenty of space for everyone — whether you need a quick recharge or just want a quiet corner before jumping back into the action. Outside, you’ll find a big fire pit for late-night stories and laughs, plus a wide, welcoming stoep made for chilling, socializing, and soaking up the farm vibes.
The house comes fully equipped with bedding, cutlery, and crockery — just arrive, settle in, and let the weekend begin. The Plaashuis can accommodate up to approximately 30 people, so bring the whole crew.
